I have combined all of my offerings in these comprehensive doula packages to provide the greatest value for money when choosing your pregnancy and postpartum care.
Doula Support, Empowerment & NurtureLife Care – $2757 (valued at $3030)
This package includes:
- 3 x comprehensive prenatal sessions, 2-3hrs each, in Kuranda or by video link.
- 1: Knowing your rights, communicating with you health care team in an empowering way, hormones and stages of labour
- 2: Understanding your instincts, ways to prepare you mentally, pain is our signs and signals and how we can manage it and why comfort measures work
- 3: Breastfeeding, and preparing for the first six weeks with your newborn
- 1 x birth preparation session at your home
- 2 x pregnancy massages to ease pregnancy discomforts and prepare the body for birth. In Kuranda or at your home (extra travel costs apply)
- Continuous support during your labour, until after birth and you and baby are ready to sleep
- Basic photography during birth, using your camera
- 2 in-home visits for you and your baby
- 1 x postnatal massage for release tenderness after birth, sore neck and shoulders from breastfeeding, reduce any oedema
- Full phone and email support throughout your pregnancy and first 6 weeks after birth
- Free access to the diverse resource library I have collected
If you would like extra prenatal or postnatal sessions, they will be discounted from $195 to $175.50 and extra massages will be discounted from $120 to $96

ONLINE Doula Support & Empowering You for YOUR BIRTH including Postnatal Support
7 sessions – $2,333.00 (valued at $2670) | Online
This package is for REMOTE, INTERSTATE or INTERNATIONAL clients, designed to empower you to trust your innate knowledge and maternal instincts. Through trusted information and evidence based research you will be able to make informed choices and conscientious decisions for your pregnancy, birth and parenting journey. You will know your rights and have the confidence to communicate with your healthcare provider. I will provide you with information so you can work on preparing and looking after your body in the lead up to birth and how to support and nurture yourself after. We will go through some birth preparation and practical techniques with your support person to help support the birthing mother during labour, breastfeeding and plan for life with a newborn.
This Package includes:
- 4x prenatal sessions
- 1st – hormones and the stages of labour
- 2nd – birth plan/wishes/intentions and pain our signs and signals
- 3rd – positions, techniques, comfort measures, massage and helping prepare support person
- 4th – preparing for after baby arrives, (breastfeeding, what your days may be like and how to manage getting enough sleep, food and nutrition, common this to know is normal for newborns, preparing support for the first 6wks with your new baby)
- Continued support during your labour, birth and up until you and baby are ready to sleep.
- 2x postnatal sessions
- These sessions allow you to ask questions, breastfeeding support if there are complications, checking on your and your families wellbeing, emotional support, debrief on the birth, checking if you need extra support and where best to get this support from, reminding you what is normal and what isn’t in the first few weeks.

ONLINE Doula Support & Empowering you for YOUR BIRTH
5 sessions – $2,080.00 | Online

ONLINE Consultation and Support
1 hour – $75.00 | Online/Video chat
This service is to help you in between your prenatal and postnatal sessions if you are needing extra support. You may need extra information due to a health condition you may have been diagnosed with, extra support writing your birth plan ir intentions or needing extra emotional support. It is important to me that you feel supported and this service allows me to make time for you.
Postnatal Session
3 hours – $195.00 | In-person, or Online/Video chat
I can visit you in your home or provide online or telephone support at any stage of your postpartum time. These sessions are flexible and the time can be used to support you in any way you need including:
- Breastfeeding support
- Sleep support
- Debriefing your birth
- Emotional support
- Helping with other children or attending appointments
Birth Partner Preparation Session
3 hours -$195.00 | In-person or Online/Video chat
This session is designed to support the birth partner or companion to be informed, relaxed and confident for the birthing journey.
Free Meet and Greet
1 hour – Free | In-person, or Online/Video chat
I offer free initial meetings so we can get to know each other and begin planning your beautiful pregnancy and birth journey together. Birth partners and companions are also welcome and encouraged to join.
