Prenatal Body Balance and Pelvic Floor Body Balance Classes

Myself and Jaye Seal have co-created these classes as a safe and supportive space to practice mind and body connection, pelvic balancing, pelvic floor support and personalised fitness designed specifically for pregnancy and postpartum as well as pelvic floor health at any life stage.

As a Spinning Babies® Aware practitioner, I also integrate Spinning Babies® principles to support baby’s position during pregnancy, to reduce the chances of posterior, transverse and breech presentation.

These are small class sizes where you are invited to move at your own pace, and enjoy some nurturing time connecting inwards.
