Body Balance Classes return in April

We are excited to welcome the return of our Body Balance classes with Jaye Seal following the Easter break.

Our ever-popular Mums and Bubs program returns on Monday April 28 in Yorkeys Knob with an 8-week series designed to provide ongoing support and connection in the postpartum period.

The Prenatal Body Balance series returns on Wednesday April 30 in Brinsmead with a 5-week series designed to support mothers and their changing bodies throughout every stage of pregnancy.

We now also offer the Body Balance + Bodywork Bundle which combines a Body Balance series of your choice, with a private Pelvic Alignment session with Shelly.

We originally created the Body Balance classes to provide women with maintenace in between their pelvic alignment and bodywork sessions. Increasingly, our classes attracted both pregnant and postpartum mums who weren’t yet engaging in our bodywork offerings, and they were presenting with severe pain, tension and mobility restrictions that needed addressing first to get the most out of their classes.

Which has led us to creating this new Bundle offering to ensure the best results for everyone.
